Automatic Tax and Social Insurance calculation according to employee’s Tax and Social Insurance code. The two Government tax systems (PAYE – pay as you earn) and the (GIB – gross income based) are fully supported. | ||
Zero tax, fixed tax deductions and HEPPS status are also catered for. | ||
You can add up to 999 employees. This can be a mixture of ‘Monthly’ and ‘Weekly’ paid employees. | ||
WinPay can create a file compatible with the ‘Natwest eQ’ and the ‘Barclays ICeB’ systems, thereby facilitating the payment of salaries/wages by electronic means. | ||
Will deduct Loans and/or Tax arrears from any employee until the amount owing is reduced to a nil balance. | ||
You can change/edit any month or week run during the active tax year. | ||
Pay slips and other reports can be printed at any time during the active tax year. Two types of pay slips are currently supported – see under stationery for details. | ||
You can assign your employees to different departments. | ||
Year-end Tax and Social Insurance reports are acceptable by the Income Tax Office. | ||
Comprehensive printed reports, including Government statistics report, ITO pensions reports and various historical reports that can be produced by selected date range. |
